It is the sole responsibility of the resident to submit forms and requests in a thorough and timely manner and wait for approval before proceeding. Repeat residents are subject to a 12 week probation period and six additional weeks for other requests. Overnight pass requests require successful release from probation and take place after 60 days of residency. You are entitled to request one (1) 24 hour pass after release from probation and one (1) 48 hour pass following 90 successful days of residency to be used prior to phase 3 eligibility. Only phase 3 residents may use passes after four months of residency. Eligibility for vehicle privileges begin at six months of sober residency and employment change(s) begin at nine months sober residency. You must meet every qualification prior to submitting a request – we do not support cutting corners or taking shortcuts in sobriety. Staff will review requests and make decisions on the following Friday night. It is the responsibility of the resident to confirm their approval prior to taking action on any request. Every request at Beach House Recovery is a privilege, not a right.
